We also specialize in financing a variety of different real estate development projects. The Northeast Capital Group, Inc. has a strong preference in multifamily developments, single family developments, and apartments. We also have an interest in financing land development projects but do not lend for primary residential use, heavy industrial facilities, and big box commercial spaces.
